- Multi SIMs: To add a Multi SIM, visit a Mobily outlet (setup fee + monthly fee apply).
- Device Installment: Requires Emirates ID and an eligibility check.
- To cancel your plan, you must either visit a Mobily outlet or contact customer care.
- If you deactivate a Multi SIM, the extra 18 GB per SIM will also be removed.
- If you are on device installments, you must clear the remaining device payments before cancellation.
- After cancellation, any unused data, minutes, or benefits will not be carried over or refunded.
- All prices already include VAT.
- A one-time setup fee of SAR 57.5 is required for new postpaid packages.
- For each Multi SIM, there is a one-time setup fee of SAR 10.
- Carry Over Feature: Unused data can be carried forward for only 1 month, up to 150 GB maximum.
- Each Multi SIM gives 18 GB extra data (3 Multi SIMs = total 54 GB).
- Unlimited Social Media applies only to the main SIM and the listed apps: Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, WhatsApp, and YouTube.
- After the included minutes and SMS are fully consumed:
- Local calls/SMS will be charged SAR 0.35 per unit.
- Calls to 9200 numbers will first deduct from your free local minutes. Once finished, the rate will be SAR 0.1495/minute.
- Special Discount: Deaf & mute customers get 50% off the monthly fee, by showing a valid proof letter at Mobily outlets.
