- These terms are in addition to the general terms approved by PTA and agreed upon during SIM activation.
- Jazz can change or withdraw any offer/package/bundle at any time. Prior notice will be given where required by PTA.
- All offer prices include applicable taxes, regardless of location.
- The system reserves data in MBs when opening apps/websites, which may cause base rate charges if multiple apps are used simultaneously.
- The balance required for bundles may be rounded up to the nearest whole number.

- Report unwanted messages by texting SENDER’S NUMBER (SPACE) message to 9000 – PTA.
- Using an unregistered SIM or allowing others to use your SIM is a crime – PTA.
- To block unsolicited calls/messages, dial 420 (charges apply).
- To block marketing messages, text "ON" or "SUB" to 3627 (free service).
- "Purchase of SIM" means acquiring network access; ownership remains with Jazz. The SIM must be returned if the service is discontinued.
- From 2021, all postpaid bill dates are on the 2nd of each month. Customers will receive an adjustment bill for the transition period.
- Taxes & Charges:
- Advance Income Tax: 15% on each recharge.
- Sales Tax:
- Islamabad: 16%
- Rest of Pakistan & AJK: 19.5%
- GB: Tax-exempt.
- A PKR 50 late fee applies to unpaid bills after the due date.
