- Friends & Family (F&F): Discounted call rates apply to 3 Jazz numbers.
- Charging Pulse: Calls are charged every 60 seconds, and data is charged every 512 KB after exceeding free resources.
- Fair Usage Policy (FUP): No data charges apply after spending Rs.2,000 on Pay-as-you-use.

- Get Bill Details: Dial *1111# (Free)
- Data Reservation: System reserves some data for app/website access, which may result in base rate charges.
- Taxes: Charges include GST & AIT (subject to government changes).
- Blocking Spam: Report spam by texting SENDER’S NUMBER (SPACE) MESSAGE to 9000 (PTA).
- Unregistered SIMs: Using an undocumented SIM is a crime (PTA regulations).
- Migration: Customers on Gold Basic will be upgraded to Gold Classic (PKR 1,050) two months after purchase.
